Shy'Quan Horace Davis

Shy’Quan is a dedicated public servant, community leader, and advocate for a stronger, more united Chester. Appointed to the Chester City Council, he has worked tirelessly to ensure youth engagement, economic growth, and safer neighborhoods remain top priorities. Now, he’s running to continue that work—for the people, with the people.

 

A lifelong Chester resident and father, Shy’Quan understands the challenges and opportunities our city faces. His commitment to service began early, from volunteering in city-wide cleanups to mentoring young athletes as a coach. His experience spans government, community leadership, and policy-making, making him uniquely equipped to drive real change.
